I'm doing Special Edition package for Mirror Mask. I like this movie a lot, some people say it looks like a horror movie, but it's not, it's a fairy tale for children. I'm still developing the box. Most likely it will look something like second from the bottom version, I like the "wave" shape of the cut, and it allows me to cut the logo right between the words. I've ordered the book and still waiting for it so I didn't do much in terms of changing the images. Thank you all!

I like the design. They box cut looks great. The colors are working nicely. It looks very elegant. Overall, it's looking very good.
ReplyDeleteI have this movie! I really enjoyed it. You don't really have to design the package because the movie itself is so full of wonderful images. I like that split design (second one) for the packaging.

ReplyDeleteWhen I first looked at these, I did think it was a horror movie. My only concern is how can we make it more appealing to the younger audience because you mentioned it was a fairy tale for children. =)

I like your box the one with the wave, its interesting and i can't wait to see it. But as everyone says it doesn't look like a fairy tale.
ReplyDeleteI have seen this movie. It is not a horror film at all must a journey of a film of the character. I would like to see the drawing art that was presented in the movie. that had a child like quality to it. But still have the tension and texture of the films overall. Also you could play up the idea of the mirrors in the film.
